Warren members celebrate ceremonial groundbreaking

Col. Christopher Coffelt, 90th Missile Wing commander, and Lt. Col. Travis Leighton, 90th Civil Engineer Squadron commander, take part in a ceremonial groundbreaking with Jim Taylor, President of Balfour Beatty Construction; Barrett Larwin, Regional Vice President of Balfour Beatty Communities; Dave Dillow, Vice President of Woolpert; Frank Santoro, Vice President of Balfour Beatty Construction; and Dave Cloutier, Renovations Manager for Balfour Beatty Communities; along with Master Sgt. Justin Witte, 90th Missile Security Forces Squadron; his wife Frances; and their children, Tatiana, Natasha, Natalie and Justin Witte, Jr., June 8 in the Capehart Housing area on base. The groundbreaking ceremony commemorates a new phase in the ongoing project to provide improved housing for Airmen and their families, including the development of a new neighborhood consisting of 98 homes designated for junior enlisted, senior enlisted, and company grade officer families.
